All Seasons Pool Service Policies

Please take a moment to review our policies:

  • Proper Levels
An All Seasons Pool Certified Pool Operator will instruct you on the proper water levels of your pool and spa, however we can not be held responsible for any damage due to failure to maintain proper water levels. Faucet timers are also available for your convenience.
  • Solar/Bubble covers
Solar/Bubble covers are requested to be removed prior to service.
  • Swimming Pool Equipment
Swimming pool equipment should run for the proper amount of time to effectively clean the water. The entire body of water must be filtered a minimum of once every 24 hours. To achieve this, the number of gallons circulated per minute, will determine the length of time to filter the water and run the equipment. Generally 8 hours per day.
  • Commercial Pools
Commercial pools must have the filtration equipment running 24 hrs. per day!
  • Rainy Days
In case of rain or in-climate weather we will make every attempt to service your pool/spa on the normal schedule. Rainy day service includes; chemicals, equipment, check and basket clean/dump. Four months each year you receive an extra visit at no charge, so these extra days will make up for when we are unable to give you full service.
  • Spa Service
Spa water should be drained and refilled every 90 - 120 days. We will drain the water, clean and scrub inside surface. Clean filters. Fill, and balance chemistry of the water.
  • Late Payments
All Seasons Pool Service reserves the right to charge fees for late payment. After the due date of the 10th of every month*, a late fee of $20.00 can be applied or 10 % of the overdue invoice, which ever is higher, may be charged on the next billing cycle.
